TikTok is happening the offensive after a legislation was not too long ago handed in Montana that may ban the app within the state. On Monday, TikTok fired again by submitting a lawsuit towards the state of Montana, in keeping with TechCrunch, calling the transfer to ban the app throughout the state “illegal.”

The invoice, signed into law on Could 17 by Montana Governor Greg Gianforte, prohibits the app from working inside Montana and would mandate that app shops make the app unavailable to obtain within the state. Violators could be fined $10,000 per day per violation.
