Step 2
Repair your Phone: Once your claim is approved, you can get your phone repaired with one of our preferred repair partners within 48 hours of approval. The deductible will be collected at the time of repair.
Step 3
Unrepairable/Lost/Stolen Phones: Once your claim is approved, you will pay the deductible (if required) and can get your new phone next day delivery.
Step 4
Update IMEI and photos to profile to activate insurance for the new phone
